  ANSWER: If the model you are seeking is no longer in production, or hasn't ever been produced, you could have it custom made. Contact JenSales at www.jensales.com

• What method do you ship by?
  ANSWER:  We ship by both UPS and USPS. We reserve the right to ship whichever way is the most economical. If you need your order quicker than UPS ground, please specify on the comments section of the order form.

• How long will my order take to reach me?
  ANSWER:  Normally if the order is placed M-F before 10:00 AM, we will  ship the same day or within 24 hours from the time we receive the order. UPS ground could take up to 14 days to be delivered in rare circumstances.

• Where can I get replacement parts or 12 volt batteries for the battery operated gator, pedal tractor, and 4 x 4 that is made by Peg Perego?
  ANSWER:  You can contact Peg Perego directly by calling 800-728-2108 for replacement parts. You can also call Peg Perego concerning any repair problems with your battery operated toy. 

• What Makes a Model a Collector Edition?
  ANSWER:  Collector Editions are made specifically for John Deere dealers for a limited time. Dealers usually have about 6 weeks to get their orders placed. Collector Edition models have a one-time production run. Collector models have unique features not found on shelf models, such as an issue date of when the model was produced imprinted somewhere on that model.

• Where can I get an appraisal of my collection?
  ANSWER:  Due to time restrictions, Bader and Sons does not give estimates or appraisals of collections. Customer is referred to Ebay to get values of collectibles.
