All orders are filled on a first come - first serve basis.
For all Clothing items, please be sure to check your sizing carefully.
When the statement "Order to Reserve" is listed under an item, this means the item is not yet in stock. By ordering and reserving this item you are guaranteed of receiving the item. However, should you order other items on the same order we will ship what is currently available. If we ship in several installments instead of shipping the order when it is complete and all items are in, you will incur additional freight charges from what shows up on your order form. If you wish your order held and shipped when complete, please state this in the comments/special delivery section of the order form.
Within 24 hours of you placing and order, we will email you back a personal confirmation on the status of your order. Our goal is to try and ship "in stock" orders with in 24 hours. Please monitor your email for information concerning your order. We are an E-business and under ordinary circumstances do not make phone calls to customers concerning the order they placed. We notify customers by EMAIL. If you wish to have your order held and shipped when complete, please state this in the comments/special delivery section of your order form. If you do not request to have your order "shipped complete" we will automatically ship what items are available, and backorder and ship the out of stock items when available.
RETURN POLICY
Christmas Return Policy: The below policy applies to all Merchandise purchased between September 19th and December 25th that is for Christmas gifts:
Once you receive your order, please open immediately and check for any shipping damage. Shipping damage must be reported to us with in 5 days of receipt of your package so that we can instigate a claim with UPS. If you need to make a return of merchandise that was for a Christmas gift, please call 317-641-4191 for a return authorization #. Once you receive a return authorization # you must return the merchandise so that it is back to us by January 15th to receive credit. No Christmas returns will be accepted after January 15th. As stated on our site, special order items and sale items are non-returnable.
The below return policy applies to all orders that are not Christmas related gifts.
We will take returns on all in-stock items up to thirty (30) days of purchase date. In-stock items will be credited for a full return minus shipping costs. We DO NOT refund the original shipping/handling fees charged on an order placed when an item needs to be returned. Shipping charges to return items is at the customers expense. All items must be in the original package and in the condition in which they were received. Please do not attempt to return toys that have been played with claiming they are defective. This will only cost you freight charges to return them back to you. If you have an item you wish to return and you can return it within the 30 day time period, please call 317-641-4191 to receive a Return Authorization Number. This is a must if you wish to receive full credit for an item being returned. After a return authorization # is given, the item returned must be back in our possession with 14 days of the return authorization date. Any return that has received a return authorization number and is returned to us after 14 days of the date that the return authorization was issued, will be considered voided.
Open your package immediately upon receiving. Damage to items must be reported within 2 days of delivery to qualify for any kind of return. Please do not attempt to call after the 2 day period as we are firm on this policy. Only reports of damaged or broken items will be considered if call or email has been made within the 2 day period. This policy protects us from issues where the item was not damaged when shipped or when received, but damaged after being received by the customer. We do not give credit for shipping charges on return items unless an error on our part is made. Clothing sizes vary with each vendors merchandise. Due to the way different computers load our website, Colors may vary in products but for the most part are accurate. Bader and Sons tries to put the best description possible on clothing concerning fabric content and sizing information. Therefore, if there is any doubt in your mind on whether and item will fit, you might consider a different item to order as original and return shipping/handing charges are at the customers expense.
Special order items are non-returnable - non exchangeable. You credit card will be charged immediately to reserve Special Order Items.
Sale items are non-returnable - non exchangeable.
If a special order item ships directly to the customer from the vendor, additional freight/handling may apply.

PAYMENTS
All payments must be in US funds
Master card, Visa, and Discover are accepted. Money orders are accepted for orders placed through the mail or by phone.
STATE SALES TAX
All orders processed for an address in Michigan are subject to 6% sales tax.
BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship by both UPS and USPS Priority Mail. Bader and Sons reserves the right to ship an order the most economical way.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING charges are based on your total order amount. We ship by both UPS and USPS, and reserve the right to ship orders the most economical way. In the event that we decide to ship your by USPS Priority Mail, Please include a PO Box if that is how USPS ships to your address.
If you wish to upgrade your delivery method to UPS overnight delivery, 2-day air, or 3-day air, please state this in the "comments/special delivery instructions of the order form. Also write in this section of the order form if you wish to have an express delivery quote. If you do not ask for a quote, we will automatically upgrade the delivery method and ship out your order without approval of the shipping charges. If you request a quote, we will email you the freight/handling quote for upgraded delivery method for you approval before we ship out.
Also, please understand, should you upgrade to a faster shipping method the package will automatically be delivered " release without a signature" unless you stipulate in the Comments/Special delivery instruction section of the order form that you wish to sign for the package with the carrier before receiving. "Releasing a package without a signature" exempts Bader and Sons from all liability where packages which the carrier shows delivered are stolen or stated by customer "not received". If you refuse to accept delivery from UPS for an order placed through Bader & Sons, and the package is returned to us by UPS, you will be responsible for the UPS return shipping charge. This amount will be subtracted off the credit of the returned merchandise. The only time this does not apply is if the package arrives at your location and is damaged.
International Orders: We no longer accept international credit cards. However we will accept PAYPAL. Place your order. Once we receive your order, we will email you a total with freight/handling. If you wish to proceed with the order you can make payment through PAYPAL.
Canadian Orders: We DO SHIP to Canada. The freight chart that appears on the order form and also at the bottom of this page does not apply to Canadian Customers. All orders will ship by USPS as this is the most economical way to ship Canadian orders. Freight/handling is figured on the weight and size of package shipped. All custom and tariff charges are the responsibility of the Canadian customer. If you wish a freight/handling quote before we ship the order, please state this in the comments/special handling section of the order form. If there is NOT a request for a freight/handling quote, your order will automatically ship without prior notification of the freight/handling charge. All orders will ship by US Mail based on the weight and size of the package shipped.
APO Orders: The freight chart that appears on the order form and also at the bottom of this page does not apply to APO Military Base Orders. All orders placed with a delivery address of an APO will ship USPS Priority Mail. The Shipping charge is figured on the weight of the items shipped and a small handling fee. If you wish a freight/handling quote before we ship the order, please state this in the comments/special handling section of the order form. If there is NOT a request for a freight/handling quote, your order will automatically ship without prior notification of the freight/handling charge.
Alaska and Hawaiian Orders: The freight chart that appears on the order form and also at the bottom of this page does not apply to Alaska and Hawaiian orders. All orders will ship USPS, Priority Mail. If you wish a freight/handling quote before we ship the order, please state this in the comments/special handling section of the order form. If there is NOT a request for a freight/handling quote, your order will automatically ship without prior notification of the freight/handling charge. All orders will ship USPS based on the weight and size of the package shipped.
On various items when ordered, it will show up on the order form in this format: (item+ $3.00 shipping) This charge is for items that are very large or very heavy and require additional freight. This is NOT a hidden charge, but clearly shows up on your order form so you know exactly what you will be charged.
When placing an order, please review your order form before clicking the "PLACE ORDER NOW" button. Correct shipping addresses are a must!
UPS charges $11.00 for every incorrect shipping address and $20.00 for express delivery corrections, whether it is a wrong street number or an omitted apartment or suite number. This extra charge is charged to us for incorrect addresses and we pass this charge on to you. If you live in an apartment or suite and your building doesn't have an office to leave the package at, you might consider a different shipping address. If UPS calls for delivery instructions, and you them a delivery address that is different from what was originally on your order form, UPS is going to charge us the address correction fees. This charge WILL be passed on to you. Consider carefully where you wish to have your package delivered.
